Ivy Resource Group in Banbury, Oxfordshire is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a new build care home with retirement apartments experience preferred. You will work on site with a focus on safety, coordination, and quality across trades.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles, hold SSSTS and First Aid certifications, and provide two relevant residential references. The role offers a daily rate and standard site hours.
