Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Site Manager for an immediate start on a new 8-plot development in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The project is scheduled to complete in December, with a strong possibility of a permanent role on the next bespoke six-bedroom builds.

Requirements include SMSTS and First Aid tickets, 2 years' site management experience, and the ability to provide two recent work references. Working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, with weekly pay on Fridays.

Qualifications

• SMSTS and First Aid tickets are required.
• 2 years' site management experience on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 8-plot development in Bromsgrove, due for completion in December.
• Assist on site with coordination and delivery on a two-month assignment, with potential for permanent posi­tion on next bespoke builds.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and manage site personnel.

What is required for Site Manager?

Tickets: SMSTS, First Aid

PPE: Hard hat, high vis, steel toe cap boots

Experience: Must have 2 years' experience working as a Site Manager on other construction projects

References: Must be able to provide 2 recent work references

Job duties: looking for a Site Manager for an immediate start on a 8-plot development in Bromsgrove, which is due for completion in December.

While this is around two months' work, there is a strong possibility that, on successful completion, it will become a permanent role on our next project, which is likely to be a bespoke six-bedroom new build homes.

Pay:

£250 per day

Weekly pay on a Friday

Working hours: 7:30am - 4.30pm
