Job summary

Ivy Resource Group is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for a busy refurbishment project in Maidenhead, starting 26 October for an ongoing programme involving removal of MNE and installation of new works. You will assist the site manager and help coordinate trade teams on site.

Applicants must hold CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS, have at least three years’ experience in a similar role, and be able to provide two recent work references. Working hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm, with a daily rate of £230.

Qualifications

• CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS tickets are required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Assistant Site Manager on refurbishment/construction projects.
• Experience coordinating site teams and assisting the site manager.
