Job summary

Claire House is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Stonedale shop on Wirral. You will support the Manager in day-to-day operations and lead a team of volunteers to deliver great customer service and sales.

You will work 37.5 hours per week on a rota across seven days, including weekends and bank holidays. Relevant experience in fashion retail or charity sector is essential, with supervisory experience advantageous.

We are currently recruiting for a full time Assistant Shop Manager in our Stonedale shop who will support the Manager in the day-to-day operation and to lead a team of volunteers. You will work 37.5 hours per week, on a variable rota over 7 days, including weekends and bank/public holidays.

Relevant experience working within either a fashion environment or the charity sector is essential. Supervisory experience, working with volunteers or selling furniture would be advantageous. You will assist the Manager in achieving sales within the shop using best charity retail practice, creative flair, and an ability to lead by example.
