Job summary

Isabel Hospice is seeking an Assistant Cluster Shop Manager to help run its two charity shops in Welwyn Garden City. The role is 15.5 hours per week, with a rota across two days out of seven, requiring weekend work and flexibility.

You will support the Cluster Manager and volunteers to maintain high standards reflecting our values. Key duties include driving sales through visual merchandising, creating displays, training volunteers, encouraging Gift Aid, and supporting shop events in the

We have an opportunity for a passionate, creative and sales motivated individual to help run our two charity shops located in Welwyn Garden City

As anAssistant Cluster Shop Manager, you’ll support the Cluster Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations across our unique charity shops. You’ll work closely with our team of incredible volunteers and ensure our shops maintain high standards that reflect our values and mission.

This is a 15.5-hour-per-week role, with shifts arranged on a rota to meet the needs of the store. As such, the role requires weekend working and flexibility, with shifts scheduled across 2 days out of 7.
