Job summary

Mencap is recruiting an Assistant Service Manager for Great Yarmouth & Caister-on-Sea on a full-time contract (37.5 hours). You will report to the Service Manager, support a team of Support Workers and help ensure the smooth running of the service on site.

The role requires strong communication, IT literacy and a willingness to develop; supervisory experience is desirable but not essential. A full UK driving licence is required for roles across multiple services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with the people we support, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Confidence to lead and manage a team.
• Flexible to ensure adequate support across the on-site management team.
