Cartrefi Cymru Co-operative in St Athan is seeking a Female Assistant Service Manager to help make everyday remarkable for the people we support. You’ll work alongside the Service Manager to ensure a safe, caring, person-centred service with hands-on leadership.

This role involves supporting daily living, personal care, medication where required, and helping people participate in social and community activities, including swimming, while guiding the team on shift.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting people with learning difficulties in social care settings.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and sleep-ins.
• Commitment to person-centred care and independent living for people we support.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day running of the service in the Service Manager's absence.
• Provide hands-on support for daily living, personal care, and mobility.
• Encourage involvement in social and community activities.
• Support and supervise the team, conduct one-to-ones and appraisals.
