37 hours a week. Your shift pattern will include weekends and sleep-ins
£29,149.91pa and our sleep-in shifts at £60 per night and our travel expenses is paid 55p per mile

As Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager and Support Workers in the day-to-day running of the service, working in line with our core values of Kindness, Respect, Wellbeing, Honesty, and Trust. In your role, you will contribute to creating a supportive environment that promotes the highest level of independence and quality of life for the people we support. You will assist in organising and delivering support that is innovative, person-centred, and responsive to individual needs. Working alongside the Service Manager, you will help to motivate and guide the team, leading by example and supporting colleagues to deliver consistent, high-quality, and empowering support. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with the people we support, their families, colleagues, and external partners. In the absence of the Service Manager, you'll have responsibility for the day to day running of the service. This will involve providing leadership and management to the team, monitoring performance, carrying out one to one’s and appraisals and holding team meetings.
