Turning Point Scotland is seeking an Assistant Service Co-ordinator in Forfar to support individuals with complex needs, promoting independence and meaningful activity. You will be trained and supported by a friendly management team while developing new skills and taking on rota-based duties.

Qualifications

• Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and forensic supports.
• Coaching and developing staff experience.
• Willingness to work flexible rota.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals with a wide range of needs with practical and emotional assistance.
• Encourage personal outcomes in daily life, including safety, activities, health and relationships.
• After induction, manage the project autonomously as needed.
