Job summary

Turning Point Scotland Perth & Kinross is seeking a Support Practitioner to provide practical and emotional support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours. You will work 1:1 or with others in 24/7 supported accommodation and outreach services, with a focus on person-centred care.

The role includes training on joining the team and achieving personal outcomes, with opportunities for development and a Salary Matching approach based on experience.

Qualifications

• No previous working experience required; full training will be provided.
• IT skills are required for all vacancies.
• Eligible to work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a wide range of needs in daily life.
• Encourage individuals to achieve personal outcomes in safety, activities, health, relationships and community involvement.
• Work as part of a team to deliver person-centred support in 1:1 or small group settings.
