ENABLE Scotland is seeking dedicated Personal Assistants to join our team and support people with learning disabilities in a dynamic social care setting. You will help individuals achieve their goals through person-centred care, meaningful activities, and community engagement.

The role includes supporting daily routines, personal care, moving and handling, and implementing Positive Behaviour Support. We provide training and opportunities for career development within a values-driven organisation.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with personal care and daily activities as part of a bespoke team around each person.
• Assist with moving and handling and provide Positive Behaviour Support where needed.
• Help expand social networks and community connections through outings and activities.
