Teach Now Limited in Watford, Hertfordshire, is recruiting an Assistant SENCO for a permanent role, either full-time or part-time, starting ASAP. You will work alongside the SENCO to strengthen inclusive teaching and support students with SEND to access the curriculum.
Responsibilities include planning, coordinating interventions, maintaining documentation, contributing to EHCP reviews, liaising with parents and external professionals, and ensuring safeguarding checks.

Develop your SEND leadership experience as an Assistant SENCO at a secondary school in Watford. Working alongside the SENCO, you will strengthen inclusive teaching and help students with SEND access the curriculum confidently. You will identify needs, coordinate interventions and monitor their impact, working closely with teachers, families and external professionals. Your responsibilities will include contributing to Education, Health and Care Plan reviews, maintaining clear documentation and helping colleagues adapt classroom support.
