Job summary

Teaching Personnel Ltd. is seeking an experienced SENCO in Hayes, West London to lead and develop the school's SEND provision. The role involves working with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure tailored support for students with SEND.

The ideal candidate will have QTS and NASENCO or be willing to work towards it, with proven SEND experience and a strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice. This is a full-time, fixed-term 1-year contract starting ASAP or in January.

• Promote an inclusive culture so all students access the curriculum.
