Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

Location: Clapham

Brand: Portico

Salary: Dependent on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 10am to 2pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for an established Estate Agent seeking career progression or a first management role in residential sales.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, career-driven, with experience in the current Property Sales market, preferably in Greater London.

Duties will include:

  • Appraisal and instruction of Residential Sales properties.
  • Winning and developing new business.
  • Registering, qualifying, and managing applicants.
  • Arranging and conducting viewings, securing property sales.
  • Providing high-quality customer care.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and referring appropriately.
  • Working in compliance with all legal obligations.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of available properties.
  • Implementing effective canvassing and marketing strategies.
  • Developing the branch’s core business.
  • Assisting with training new staff.

Skills required:

  • Experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business.
  • Listing and valuation experience.
  • Excellent sales ability and customer service skills.
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Tenacity, self-motivation, and drive to succeed.
  • Ability to build and nurture relationships at all levels.
  • Responsiveness to change.
  • Full UK driving license.
