You’ll need to have:

• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Experience with commercial reporting and procedures.
• Values sustainability and social responsibility.
• Understanding of H&S regulations.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
• Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management (or equivalent).
• CSCS certification.

You’ll also have:

• Progress towards membership of professional bodies like MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, or MICE.
• Experience in project delivery in the construction sector.
• Developed commercial and financial skills.
• Experience leading construction project teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations impact projects.
