- Assists with monthly client applications.

You’ll need to have:
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Experience with commercial reporting and procedures.
- Values sustainability and social responsibility.
- Understanding of H&S regulations.
- Ability to work independently and escalate issues appropriately.
- Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management (or equivalent).
- CSCS certification.
You’ll also have:
- Progress towards membership of professional bodies like MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, or MICE.
- Experience in project delivery in the construction sector.
- Developed commercial and financial skills.
- Experience leading construction project teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations impact projects.
