Assistant Commercial Manager/Assistant Quantity Surveyor

- You will support the procurement of subcontract packages and materials.
- You will assist the commercial team, including administering client and subcontract changes.
- You will contribute to risk and opportunity reporting.
- You will mitigate risks and protect package/project margins.
- You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- You will assist with monthly client applications.
- You will administer subcontract payments.
- You will work with team members to deliver operational strategies.
- You will collaborate towards net zero carbon transition and manage associated emissions and reductions during project delivery.

Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office tools.
- Experience with commercial reporting and procedures.
- Knowledge of H&S regulations.
- Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management (or equivalent).
- CSCS certification.
Preferred:
- Working towards MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or similar professional membership.
- Experience in delivery phases of construction projects.
- Construction management expertise.
- Stakeholder relationship skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability and carbon considerations in projects.
