• You will assist with monthly client applications.
• You will administer subcontract payments.
• You will work with team members to deliver operational strategies.

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office tools.
• Experience with commercial reporting and procedures.
• Knowledge of H&S regulations.
• Degree in quantity surveying or commercial management (or equivalent).
• CSCS certification.

Preferred:

• Working towards MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or similar professional membership.
• Experience in delivery phases of construction projects.
• Construction management expertise.
• Stakeholder relationship skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability and carbon considerations in projects.
