Pear Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager for our client in Ruislip. Lead the sales team, support the Branch Manager, and drive valuations, instructions, and successful completions in a fast-paced residential property environment.

The role requires confident leadership, strong communication, and a drive to meet and exceed branch targets while delivering exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers at every stage.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in residential property.
• Confident, motivated and target-driven with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the residential property market.

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager with valuations, vendor care, and marketing initiatives.
• Supporting with leadership and motivating the sales team
• Manage your own sales pipeline from offer through to exchange and completion.
• Monitor individual and branch performance and provide regular feedback.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers at every stage.
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets.
• Assisting with training and onboarding new sales team members
• Ensure the team follows company procedures and industry regulations.
• Step in to manage the branch and support the team when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
• Contribute to maintaining our client’s excellent reputation and strong local presence.

Hours: Mon - Fri 9-6 Sat 9-4 SAT (9-1 In Lieu when working on a Saturday)

The successful candidate will support the Branch Manager inleading the sales team, achieving branch targets, generating new business, conducting valuations, securing instructions, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

You should be able to lead by example, motivate colleagues and deliver an excellent level of customer service.
