Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager with valuations and vendor care.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Manage your own sales pipeline from offer through to exchange and completion.
• Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to the team.
• Ensure high levels of customer service for buyers and sellers.
• Help the team meet individual and branch sales targets.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and industry regulations.
• Step in to manage the branch when the Branch Manager is unavailable.
• Contribute to maintaining the client’s strong local reputation.

Salary: £32,500 + Commission OTE £55,000

Hours: Mon - Fri 9-6 Sat 9-4 SAT (9-1 In Lieu when working on a Saturday)

Pear Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to join our client's established and busy team based in Ruislip.

The successful candidate will support the Branch Manager in leading the sales team, achieving branch targets, generating new business, conducting valuations, securing instructions, negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion.

We are looking for someone who is confident, motivated and target-driven, with strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills and a good knowledge of the residential property market.

You should be able to lead by example, motivate colleagues and deliver an excellent level of customer service.
