The Role |

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.

Requirements |

• Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
• Prepared to run shifts, plan shifts, and coach on the go
• Understanding of managing labour and rotas, and eager to learn about restaurant financials
