Job summary

Trump Turnberry, Scotland, is seeking an Assistant Manager Tournant to support the 1906 manager in running breakfast service day-to-day. You will help with rostering, budgeting, upselling opportunities, and delivering top-class guest experience.

In this supervisory role, you will lead ambassadors, monitor standards, manage inventory, and ensure food hygiene practices. You will communicate the F&B strategy and work with the team to optimise profitability and service quality.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Excellent grooming standards and professional presentation.
• Previous supervisory experience is essential.
• Knowledge of F&B standards, quality of presentation, service and products.
• Knowledge of local Food Hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to analyse data and figures generated by the computer.
• Able to perform diverse duties with efficiency and composure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest needs and questions to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Manage workload distribution and supervise staff to meet performance goals.
• Assist with menu choices and profitability implications.
• Uphold brand standards and lead ambassadors in doing the same.
• Communicate and implement the F&B strategy with internal teams.
• Manage inventory yield in line with budgets.
• Support the Food & Beverage Services Manager as required.
