Job summary

Trump Turnberry seeks an experienced events operations leader to oversee the resort's banqueting activities. You will manage a high-performing team, ensuring flawless events and exceptional guest service across on-site venues and selected off-site locations.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and coordination with event planners and VIP hosts. Start date is February 2027, with comprehensive hospitality benefits and staff development opportunities.

Qualifications

• College/university degree preferred in hospitality or hotel management.
• At least 3 years leading a large team in event/banqueting.
• Experience managing budgets for a department including stock, payroll, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute events to Trump Turnberry's luxury standards and guest expectations.
• Lead banqueting team and agency support, ensuring flawless service.
• Direct room set-ups, briefings, service and breakdown for all events.
• Manage in-house AV equipment and ensure client needs are met.
• Monitor costs, rotas, and department revenue goals.
