Job summary

Trump Turnberry is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will drive operational excellence, maintain high standards, and partner with Departments to support the resort's service culture.

The role requires strong budget awareness, proficient use of Opera and the Alice system, and the ability to motivate colleagues while delivering personalised service to VIPs and regular guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Rooms and Front Office operations.
• Proven track record in budget control for a hotel department.
• Strong leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent relationship management and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all Front Office activities and ensure smooth operations on the floor.
• Represent the company with guests and reinforce a customer-focused approach.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives and arrange staff training.
• Maintain policies, safety standards, and contingency planning in hotel operations.
• Provide high levels of personal service, especially for VIPs and returning guests.
• Utilise the Alice system to enhance guest history and sales information.
