Job summary

Trump Turnberry in Girvan, United Kingdom, is seeking an Assistant Spa Manager to support daily Spa operations and deliver a luxury guest experience. You will lead the spa team, drive performance, and assist in budgeting, planning and VIP guest handling to maximise profitability.

The role requires prior luxury spa supervisory experience, strong guest focus and staff training abilities, with flexible scheduling and valid UK work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury spa environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• At least 5 years of beauty therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of the Spa and act as Spa Manager on Duty.
• Lead the spa team, manage staff development and training.
• Prepare monthly financial and statistical reports for hotel leadership.
• Develop annual training plans and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee stock control and procurement to par levels.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to coordinate guest services.
