Job summary

Trump Turnberry in Turnberry, Scotland, seeks a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office team and ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out and exceptional service across the resort.

You will drive standards, manage the department budget, mentor colleagues and promote VIP guest recognition, using Opera PMS and Microsoft Office to maintain accurate guest history and reporting. This role requires hands-on leadership, adaptability and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Rooms and Front Office operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Front Office operations and lead on-floor presence.
• Represent the company with guests and promote guest-focused service.
• Provide training and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure policies, systems, and safety standards are followed.
• Promote VIP guest recognition and data quality within PMS.
• Communicate effectively through meetings and briefings.
• Promote Trump Card programme to guests and staff.
• Monitor guest feedback and implement action plans.
