Ardencote invites applications for an Assistant Brasserie Manager to join our Food & Beverage team at Ardencote Hotel & Spa, Warwickshire. You will work closely with the Brasserie Restaurant Manager to lead the day-to-day operation and deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests on the floor and behind the scenes.

This hands-on leadership role requires a confident manager who can motivate, coach and develop the team, while maintaining the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest

Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory/managerial role within hospitality.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team during service with high standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming guest experience.
• Coach and develop team through regular feedback and training.
• Conduct effective pre-shift briefings covering VIPs, dietary needs and priorities.
• Ensure knowledge of menus, beverages and hotel offerings.
