Job summary

Ardencote Hotel & Spa is seeking a confident Brasserie Restaurant Supervisor to lead the day-to-day dining operation and support the Restaurant Management team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service on the floor.

You will supervise the Food & Beverage team, ensure smooth service, assist with planning and staffing, and uphold health, safety and cleanliness standards across the restaurant.

• Train and develop team members to perform at their best.
• Complete opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation and uniform standards.
• Resolve guest queries and escalate when needed.
