Job summary

Restaurants Brighton in Brighton is seeking a hands-on restaurant manager to oversee daily service on the floor, lead by example and ensure guests receive consistently excellent care throughout their visit, from greeting to farewell.

You will coordinate front-of-house teams, handle guest queries and complaints with tact, support staff training and rota planning, manage stock and wastage, and work closely with the kitchen to deliver smooth service and uphold the highest standards during busy

• Taking full responsibility for the restaurant when the senior management team is not present
