Job summary

Malmaison & Hotel du Vin in Wimbledon is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead busy service within our stylish hotel restaurant. You will oversee shift briefings for large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant to deliver outstanding guest experiences, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.

This role offers a clear path toward Head of Department with internal development and progression opportunities, in a culture that celebrates great food, wine and cocktails.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy restaurant environment, ideally as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
• Able to deliver shift briefings to large teams and manage restaurant flow to ensure great guest experiences.
• Maintain brand standards and work with the team to uphold service excellence.

You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, this may of been as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager.
