Hotel Du Vin in Wimbledon is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead a busy restaurant team, deliver celebrity service, and uphold brand standards.

You will have experience as a supervisor or in an assistant manager role, run shift briefings, manage restaurant flow, and drive guest satisfaction while developing your career within our hotel group.

You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, this may of been as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager.
