Job summary

MAD restaurants, MOI & ALTA, in Soho, Central London, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the front-of-house team. You will drive guest satisfaction, optimize daily operations and help manage staffing, costs and performance in a busy, high-energy setting.

You will collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and consistently high standards, while mentoring staff and contributing to growth of the group.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor in a high-volume London restaurant.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial performance.
• A hands-on, proactive approach with attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality, food, wine and guest experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

MOI is a contemporary Japanese restaurant in the heart of Soho, combining open-fire cooking, a sushi counter, creative cocktails and a vibrant dining atmosphere.

Assistant Restaurant Manager.

The Role

Working closely with the General Manager, you will support the daily operations of the restaurant, lead the front-of-house team and ensure consistently high standards of service and guest experience.
