Job summary

Get Staffed Online Recruitment Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for a vibrant Eastern Mediterranean-inspired restaurant group in Central London. You will lead from the floor, run a section each shift, and cover front-of-house operations including waiter, bartender and food runner.

You will drive performance, motivate the team, ensure guests receive high-energy hospitality, and coach colleagues to deliver flawless service.

They're looking for a hands-on, service-driven

Assistant Manager who leads from the floor and sets the standard every shift.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, your mission is to protect and deliver exceptional service standards by leading from the front. This is not an office role. You will run a section every shift and be fully competent across all front-of-house positions including waiter, bartender and food runner.

You are expected to master the basics first. They do not promote managers who cannot execute flawless service themselves.

You will support the Restaurant Manager in driving performance, maintaining pace, motivating the team and ensuring every guest receives consistent, high-energy hospitality.
