Hotel Du Vin is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee shift operations in a busy hotel restaurant. Based in Brighton, this full-time role offers £31,000 per year plus service charge, with opportunities to advance and develop within the brand.

You will deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage restaurant flow to ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards every service. A strong hospitality mindset and team leadership are essential.

Rate of pay / Hours: £31,000 per annum + Service Charge

Contract Type: Full-Time

You will be experienced in working within a busy restaurant environment, this may of been as a Supervisor or an Assistant Manager. You will be able to deliver shift briefings to large teams, manage the flow of the restaurant in order to deliver great guest experiences and work alongside the team maintaining the brand standards.
