KFC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive performance and maintain the brand's guest experience. You will own the restaurant's atmosphere, support the team, and ensure smooth service.

You will train and coach staff, manage rosters and stock, and work to hit KPIs. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires you to bring energy, resilience and a customer-first mindset.
