Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will own the operations, atmosphere, and guest satisfaction, ensuring the team feels at home.

You will coach and develop your crew, manage rosters and stock, and ensure standards are met even during busy periods. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities to grow within the brand.
