KFC Gateshead - Metro Centre Blue is looking for an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, drive performance and ensure the guest experience is outstanding. You will own day-to-day operations, staff development, and the atmosphere that makes guests feel at home.

In this role you’ll coach your crew, manage rosters and stock, and keep the restaurant running smoothly even when things get busy, while upholding standards and brand values that make KFC what it is.
