Job summary

Avison Young in London is seeking an Assistant Relocation Manager to support client relocations across buildings at 30 Fenchurch Street for a 12 Month FTC. You will work alongside the Lead Relocations Manager to provide on-site management and structure for relocations.

The role involves planning relocations, coordinating on-site works, procuring suppliers, and communicating with customers and colleagues; some out-of-hours work and cover for the Lead Relocations Manager may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as Move Manager within office environment.
• Experience in procuring and managing removal services.
• Experience in managing relocations for corporate clients is desirable.
• Experience in undertaking office surveys and audits.

Avison Young are looking for an Assistant Location Manager for a client site in the city of London. You will be working alongside the Lead Relocations Manager to provide support, management and structure for the relocation of clients across buildings.

Assistant Relocation Manager duties:

With the support of the Lead Relocations Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Planning all aspects of the relocation,

This is a customer facing position and will also require some out-of-hours working, and to provide cover for the Lead Relocations Manager.
