Job summary

Panoramic Associates is recruiting an experienced Relocation Manager for a London Borough Council's Corporate Property team. You will lead planning, coordination and delivery of relocations, office moves, decants and workplace reconfigurations across the Council's estate.

The role demands strong AutoCAD and space-planning skills, proven relocation-management experience, and the ability to coordinate FM, IT, Security and contractors across sites.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in Facilities Management or Logistics.
• IWFM membership.
• Significant workplace-planning and relocation-management experience.
• Strong AutoCAD and space-planning capabilities.
• Experience managing external removals or logistics contractors.

Responsibilities

• Leading office relocations, decants and workplace-change projects.
• Producing CAD floor plans, workplace layouts and move scenarios.
• Undertaking space-utilisation and occupancy analysis.
• Coordinating FM, IT, Security, contractors and operational teams.
• Procuring and managing removals and storage contractors.
• Managing multiple projects, deadlines, risks and competing priorities.
• Maintaining accurate workplace, accommodation and inventory records.
• Ensuring moves are delivered safely and with minimal operational disruption.
