Job summary

Avison Young in London is seeking an Assistant Relocation Manager to support client relocations across buildings at 30 Fenchurch Street for a 12 Month FTC. You will work alongside the Lead Relocations Manager to provide on-site management and structure for relocations.

The role involves planning relocations, coordinating on-site works, procuring suppliers, and communicating with customers and colleagues; some out-of-hours work and cover for the Lead Relocations Manager may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years as Move Manager within office environment.
• Experience in procuring and managing removal services.
• Experience in managing relocations for corporate clients is desirable.
• Experience in undertaking office surveys and audits.

Responsibilities

• Plan all aspects of the relocation.
• Manage and co-ordinate all works on site.
• Procure and manage relevant suppliers.
• Effectively communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues at all levels.
• Provide cover for the Lead Relocations Manager when needed.
