Job summary

Transport for London is seeking an Assistant Moves Manager to co-ordinate relocation, refurbishment and workplace change projects across Greater London. You will plan moves, control costs, manage resources and liaise with clients to ensure safe, on-time delivery with minimal disruption.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and a customer-focused approach in a multi-site environment. Hybrid working is available within the TfL framework.

Qualifications

• Experience in moves planning, management and implementation.
• Experience procuring contractors and managing works on site.
• Experience in a multi-site environment with people management and a customer-driven approach.
• Fully competent with MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate office relocation, refurbishment and workplace change projects across London.
• Plan moves, control project costs, manage resources and oversee on-site delivery.
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders to provide recommendations on accommodation and refurbishment solutions.
