Location: North West London

This is an exciting new role within our key client's estate management team. The Assistant Estate Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent service delivery and maintaining the site as a desirable place to live. You will be the on-site point of contact, ensuring smooth operations at all times.

You will work closely with the Estate Operations Manager to ensure resident satisfaction and fulfill your role as a safe, effective, and proactive landlord.

Our client is one of the largest housing providers in London and the south-east, with over 50 years of history. They are now a leading developer, regenerating and managing real estate, providing an environment where their team can thrive and achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver first-class on-site management services, including responsive customer service.
  2. Recommend improvements for communal areas and estate services to the Estate Operations Manager.
  3. Enhance resident satisfaction while managing costs and seeking savings.
  4. Collaborate with teams to meet estate management targets efficiently and cost-effectively.
  5. Ensure services are delivered within budget, seeking ways to improve cost-effectiveness and increase income.
  6. Address residents' individual needs through site visits, inspections, and feedback sessions.
  7. Drive service improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction.
  8. Ensure estate repairs are completed promptly, efficiently, and economically, with quality checks and customer feedback.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
  10. Previous experience in housing or property management roles.
  11. Knowledge of maintenance, leaseholds, and estate management.
  12. IOSH or equivalent health and safety certification.

Salary Package – Assistant Estate Manager:

Hours: Flexible, 7 hours daily between 8 am-6 pm, Monday to Friday.
