Assistant Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering

Leading civil engineering main contractor seeks to employ an Assistant Quantity Surveyor with experience of using the NEC form of contract, to support the delivery of a project in Southend.

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial delivery of a £7 million civil engineering project, which is part of a long-term framework.

Key Responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for the robust commercial management of various projects, including overseeing financial performance, managing costs, conducting procurement processes, and maintaining accurate financial logs and reports.
2. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to support successful project delivery, ensuring contractual compliance and achieving business objectives.
3. Assist in the commercial management of assigned projects as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor (AQS).

Job Requirements:
