Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:

• Assist the QS with Payment Notices and Applications for Payment to maximize certified value from clients
• Record the current commercial position of contracts in terms of income and costs
• Manage business assets efficiently
• Work with the Commercial Manager to ensure project viability
• Manage procurement of Sub-contractors with timely and competitive tenders
• Help produce procurement schedules with lead times for cost efficiency

Experience & Qualifications:

• SMSTS Certification
• CSCS Card
• Working towards a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
