We're working with a growing property and construction consultancy that is looking to strengthen its Plymouth team with an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. With a diverse project portfolio across the UK, this is an opportunity to work alongside experienced Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers while taking on increasing responsibility.
You’ll have the chance to work across a varied range of sectors and project types, with values ranging from several hundred thousand pounds through to major £20m+ developments.
You’ll work closely with the wider team across cost management, project management and building surveying, giving you excellent exposure to the wider consultancy environment.
As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support the delivery of projects from early stages through to completion, including:

We’re keen to speak with Assistant Quantity Surveyors with at least 18 months’ consultancy experience who are looking to progress their career.
