Croudace Homes is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of residential developments from procurement through to final account.
You will work with the Senior Surveyor and project team to monitor costs, prepare reports and assist with contract administration while gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial activities.

Working closely with the Senior Surveyor and wider project team, you will play an important role in supporting the commercial delivery of residential developments from procurement through to final account. The role will provide exposure to a broad range of commercial activities, including subcontractor procurement, cost management, valuations, forecasting and contract administration.
To assist with Commercial management of residential housing schemes, with a focus on procurement, payments and day to day running of a project. Ensuring the Company achieves value for money, whilst continuing to deliver 5-star quality housing.
You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and internal stakeholders to monitor project progress, manage costs and support the smooth financial running of each development. The role will also involve supporting the preparation of commercial reports, identifying risks and opportunities, and assisting with the achievement of project profit and cashflow objectives.
