Croudace Homes in Ringmer is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to promote our range of new build homes and support buyers through every step from enquiry to exchange. You will develop product knowledge, respond promptly to enquiries, and deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.

The role requires a hands-on, customer-focused professional who can progress reservations, maintain contact with purchasers, and work with the Sales Manager on pricing strategies to

Qualifications

• Relevant & demonstratable sales experience gained within the new homes industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• A passion for the business and the desire to act as an ambassador for the Company.
• A highly organised approach, flexibility, reliability, resilience and the ability to effectively manage your own workload.
• The ability to work 10am - 5.00pm including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote our range of new build homes and support buyers through every step of the journey, from enquiry to exchange.
• Develop strong product knowledge, respond promptly to enquiries, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Progress reservations to exchange, maintain regular contact with purchasers, conduct pre-completion inspections with the site team, and ensure show homes are impeccably presented.
• Work with the Sales Manager to recommend pricing strategies that support timely sales.

We are currently looking for a motivated Sales Consultant join our professional Sales team for our site in Millview Meadow, Ringmer.

What you'll be doing

We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to promote our range of new build homes and support buyers through every step of the journey, from enquiry to exchange. You'll develop strong product knowledge, respond promptly to enquiries, and deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities include progressing reservations to exchange, maintaining regular contact with purchasers, conducting pre-completion inspections with the site team, and ensuring the Marketing Suite and Show Homes are always impeccably presented. You'll also work with the Sales Manager to recommend pricing strategies that support timely sales. With a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, you'll play a key role in turning dream homes into reality.
