Job summary

Croudace Homes is seeking a commercially focused professional to support the delivery of residential developments from procurement through to final account. You will work closely with subcontractors and internal stakeholders to monitor costs and support financial running, with exposure to procurement, valuations, forecasting and contract administration.

1–2 years of experience preferred; graduates considered.

Qualifications

1–2 years of relevant work experience preferred; recent graduates may apply.
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of financial management.
Able to use Microsoft packages, familiarity with MS Excel and spreadsheets.
Analytical mindset and methodical approach.
Good construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

Monitor project progress, manage costs, and support the smooth financial running of each development.
Assist with commercial reports, risks, and opportunities, and help achieve project profit and cashflow objectives.
Procurement of subcontractors and payments, through to final account.
Support with forecasting and day-to-day contract administration.
