Job summary

Croudace Homes, a family‑owned housebuilder, is seeking a Civil Engineer to join the in‑house consultancy and contribute to design and delivery across multiple development stages.

You will work on infrastructure, foundations, highways, and drainage, with growth opportunities and a strong emphasis on well‑being and career progression.

Qualifications

  • A Civil Engineering degree is desirable, or equivalent in working experience.
  • Experience within the role of an Engineer, with a consultancy background or a housebuilder with in‑house design
  • Ideally, MICE chartered or Incorporated, but studies can be fully supported toward this
  • Experience in creating detailed designs of infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage, and external work in housing developments
  • Strong IT skills including knowledge of packages such as Microsoft, AutoCAD, PDS, and FLOW (or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Assist design and delivery of developments across technical stages.
  • Work within in-house consultancy to progress concepts to implementation.
  • Contribute to detailed infrastructure, foundations, highways, and drainage designs.

Civil Engineer

Join our technical team in a diverse civil engineering role where you'll contribute to the design and delivery of our developments. Working across multiple stages of the technical design process within our in‑house consultancy, you'll gain valuable insight as your designs progress from concept to implementation.
