The Company

• The client we represent are a specialist RC Frame/Groundworks sub-contractor covering projects across London.
• They have an annual turnover in the region of 110m+, with typical projects ranging from 10m to 30m.

The role

• Due to continued tender success, this client is now seeking to recruit a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor, who has had previous RC Frame/Groundworks experience with exposure to demolition projects a bonus.
• You will join an existing and assist in delivering commercial expertise from initial inception through to final accounts on packages up to 10m.
• This is a head office based role with site visits when needed.

The Requirements

• Must be degree qualified, ideally in Surveying.
• Must have relevant RC Frame/Groundworks experience
• Be capable of running your own jobs
