The Role

My client, an established firm of PQS with a thriving London office, seeks an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their City of London team. You will work on high-value projects across sectors such as residential, mixed-use, commercial offices, data centres, retail, leisure, heritage, and education. Projects include new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs.

They seek an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor with around 2 years of QS experience, preferably with another PQS. Candidates working towards APC or interested in becoming chartered are encouraged to apply. The firm offers good CPD opportunities and support for RICS qualification.

The Company

A PQS firm with a strong private sector client base, offering cost management and project management services.

The Candidate

• Graduate Quantity Surveyor with at least 2 years PQS experience
• Possesses a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying (RICS accredited)
• Working towards or interested in APC/chartered status
• Excellent communication skills in English and good IT skills
• Stable work record and team player
