Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Graduate Project Surveyor for a commercial consultancy in Cardiff. You will be supported through a structured training plan, shadow senior surveyors and develop towards RICS Chartership.

Office-based with regional site visits across the M4/M5 corridor, the role offers training, progression and a salary between £35,000 and £45,000 plus mileage paid and chartership support.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management (or similar).
• Some Quantity Surveying experience.
• Driving licence.
• Looking to develop long-term with chartership support and progression.

Responsibilities

• Support cost control and core commercial / QS duties across multiple sectors.
• Office-based in Cardiff with regional site visits (M4 / M5 corridor).
• Shadowing and mentoring from senior surveyors with a structured training plan.
